I’ve been coming to Mimi Nails for about 7 years & I always have an excellent experience. Everyone here is so friendly, kind, & considerate! The salon is very clean. Vikki is my girl! I love her. I’ve been with her for about 20 years. She always does an excellent job.
Extremely disappointing experience. The nail technician filed my nails unevenly and refused to correct the shape. She then told the manager she would not continue the service. The manager sided with the employee instead of addressing my concern and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this salon.
LAM just did my nails for my birthday LAM is the best !!!! I have been coming to this nail salon a few years now I truly love the owners Mimi husband is so sweet and always caring my favorite nail artist in there is Lan she truly does a terrific job. She works very hard as well as the other artist, but is special to me because she pays attention to the details that I ask for and also does not half ass everything that is done like every other nail salon I have ever been to and been over priced at
I just love Mimi's! Kim is my regular manicurist. She does an amazing job on my gel nails and they've never looked healthier! She does a great job on pedicures as well and it's worth every penny to pay extra for the get the spa pedi! I would go more often, but my manicure last so long that I go 3 weeks with them looking as if they were just done❤️
I've been coming to Mimi since she was at Nails 2000 in Hicksville Broadway Mall!! Thankfully found her out East when i moved out here and was so excited to reconnect! So its been around 16 years now. She is awesome and her place is beautiful, clean and welcoming. I do suggest making appts as it can get pretty busy on weekends, but walk ins are welcome. I get acrylic, coffin style and they always look amazing; I constantly get asked where I get my nails done and have referred quite a few people to Mimi and they all are in love as well.
